vulnerability in cPanel/WHM (CVE-2026-41940). We immediately took
action to protect your data and begin full restoration from our
offsite encrypted backups.
Rather than giving you empty accounts, we prioritized restoring
everything — your files, databases, emails, and settings. We worked
through the night to make that happen.
ALL ACCOUNTS ARE NOW FULLY RESTORED.

Nameservers: UNCHANGED — no action needed on your end.
cPanel Access: Your login details remain the same. You can access
cPanel directly from your HostRainbow client dashboard. If you need
your server details, please open a support ticket or email us.
Offshore Hosting Clients: Please contact us directly via support
ticket and we will assist you personally.

Please do not rely only on us for your backups. Always keep your
own copy of your website files and databases. Download a full
cPanel backup regularly and store it on your own device or cloud
storage. Your data is your business — protect it from your side too.
